I am a Biohacking Coach, Functional Health and Wellness Geek

Hello, fellow biohacker!

I am Nataly, a biohacking coach, double-certified integrative nutritionist, yoga and Ayurveda teacher, and dedicated meditator. Today, I’m a mother first—and a marketing and brand executive by day.

About 10 years ago, I discovered my true passion: biohacking. It quite literally saved my life—more than once. Through biohacking, I reversed infertility and had a healthy pregnancy and child at 40, healed severe eczema, fixed my gut and hormonal imbalances, and finally cured my insomnia. Most importantly, it taught me how to understand my unique biology, identify root causes instead of chasing symptoms, and never again accept the phrase “your labs are normal.” (In the U.S., “normal” labs often mean you’re already unwell—and that was my wake-up call.)

Like many women, I once struggled to lose weight despite doing everything “right”—living on salads and green shakes, running 5Ks, and lifting five times a week. I spent thousands on trendy supplements, strict diets, keto coaches, fasts, and detoxes—yet nothing moved the needle. So I took my health into my own hands. I dove deep into medical research, learned from the OGs like Dave Asprey (the father of biohacking), and began training as an Integrative Health Coach.

Now, I help men and women strive not for “normal” but for optimal—to eliminate PMS, have healthy pregnancies, avoid the afternoon crash, banish brain fog, and unlock the thriving, high-performing body they truly deserve.
